About Us
Dr. Jess Amchin is a licensed, board
certified physician with over 15 years of pharmaceutical industry
experience. He is also a licensed attorney. As a pharmaceutical
industry consultant since 2005, Dr. Amchin has provided medical
consultation services for large, mid-size, and small pharmaceutical
and biotechnology companies. Dr. Amchin’s consulting services and related experiences
have focused on several main areas:
Dr. Amchin’s experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes clinical research, publications, medical information services, medical review of promotional material, presentations to key internal and external stakeholders, business assessments, new product development, support for FDA submissions, meetings, and Advisory Committees, and review of legal cases.
As a corporate business leader, Dr. Amchin has contributed to corporate strategy development, implementation of organization restructuring, and venture capital fund-raising. He currently serves as a Board Director of Vantage Point Bank, a newly launched commercial bank.
Dr. Amchin received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University. He completed a Medical Internship at Boston City Hospital and a Psychiatric Residency at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center.
